Day 2: Practical Application & Technique Training
Gain hands-on experience with manual lymphatic drainage techniques through live demonstrations and guided practice. Learn how to apply correct pressure, sequence, and rhythm to support lymphatic flow. Explore the use of compression garments, taping, and adjunct therapies such as infrared light therapy for enhanced recovery outcomes.

Day 3: Clinical Practice, Assessment & Certification
Demonstrate your understanding through supervised practice and assessment. Engage in case studies, client consultations, and professional communication exercises. Complete your theory and practical evaluations to earn certification as a trained MLD and Post-Operative Care practitioner.
