Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 A non-refundable deposit of £250 per trainee is required to secure any booking.

1.2 The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 21 days before the training start date.

1.3 Bookings made within 21 days of the course must be paid in full at the time of booking.

1.4 All prices are in GBP (£). International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees or bank charges.

2. In-House Training for Teams

2.1 ELITE POST-OP ACADEMY LTD offers in-house training for larger teams or organisations.

2.2 In-house training can be delivered at the client’s premises or another agreed location, subject to approval.

2.3 A £250 non-refundable deposit per trainee is required to secure in-house training dates.

2.4 Additional costs for travel, accommodation, and on-site setup may apply and will be agreed upon in advance.

2.5 Final trainee numbers must be confirmed at least 21 days prior to the training date, and full payment must reflect the confirmed number.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 All deposits are non-refundable.

3.2 Cancellations made more than 21 days before the training date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit.

3.3 Cancellations made within 21 days of the course are non-refundable.

3.4 Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 14 days in advance.

4. Non-Attendance

4.1 Trainees who fail to attend without prior notice will forfeit all fees paid. No rescheduling or refund will be provided.

5. Amendments and Cancellations by the Academy

5.1 ELITE POST-OP ACADEMY LTD reserves the right to amend or cancel any course or booking due to unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 In such cases, clients will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. The academy is not liable for costs related to travel, accommodation, or other expenses.

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Clients must ensure that all participants meet any prerequisites or entry requirements.

6.2 Professional conduct is required at all times. The academy reserves the right to remove any trainee for misconduct without refund.
